Mattia Franco has a diverse work experience. Mattia is the Founder & CEO of Xceed, a company that provides an app for event goers to browse and access tickets for music events. Mattia also developed Xceed Nightgraph, a cloud-based platform to help venues target specific audiences. Mattia worked at Geneva Business School as a Professor, teaching courses on e-business, UX-UI, business management, and digital marketing.
Mattia was a Speaker in Residence at Ecapital Culture - Adriatic Startup School, where they coached students on entrepreneurship, marketing, and business planning. Mattia also worked at Vodafone as a Product Manager, gaining experience in customer sales in their flagship store. Mattia served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Franco Srl, managing the digital elements of the marketing mix and coordinating with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at District39, where they developed the brand's online and offline presence and implemented the initial marketing campaign. Mattia started their career as an International Sales Manager at Franco Srl.
Mattia Franco began their education in 1997 at Ecole Europeenne in Uccle, Bruxelles, where they completed the 3rd year of elementary school. In 2006, they attended Minisink Valley High School in New York and earned an American High School Diploma in 2007.
Mattia then pursued higher education, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management at Università degli Studi di Trieste from 2008 to 2011. During the same period, they spent a year at the University of Valencia, studying Economics and Business Management as part of an exchange program.
In 2011, Mattia furthered their education by enrolling at Instituto Confucio de Valencia, where they undertook Asian Languages courses, focusing on Chinese and Japanese in an intensive program until 2012.
Continuing their academic journey, Mattia attended Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2013, earning a Master's degree with High Honors in International Business.
Additionally, in October 2013, Mattia obtained a certification from Google Analytics Academy, offered by Google.
