Brad Coetzer is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Head of Client Services & CX at XBTO. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Customer Success Lead at Stablehouse. With a background in economics, politics, and philosophy from Stellenbosch University, Brad has also worked as a Senior Buyer at OneDayOnly.co.za and in various business development and sales roles at companies like Under the Influence and Distell. Additionally, Brad holds a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from Stellenbosch University.
