Vitaly's career began at Scand, where from June 2000 to May 2009, Vitaly held positions as both a Senior Developer and Technical Project Manager, managing technical teams and software development cycles. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in IT from Belarus State University (1992-1997), completion of a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from PMI (2012-2013), and management studies at Tallinn School of Management (2016-2017).
