Vania Gortcheva is currently the Head of Global Commercial Operations at BASF Digital Farming, a role Vania assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, Vania held the position of Head Agricultural Solutions Area West and Bulgaria at BASF for almost two decades. With a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sofia University, Vania has a strong educational background that has supported their successful career in the agricultural industry.
