Kent Owens has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on operations management. Kent served as the President at Xander Staffing from June 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the RDC General Manager at Dal-Tile Corporation from August 2015 to May 2018. From July 2007 to August 2015, they held the position of DC Operations Manager at AutoZone. Kent also served as the DC General Manager at PetSmart from 1992 to 2006.

Between 1989 and 1991, Kent Owens studied Business Administration/Management at Navarro College. Kent did not obtain a degree during this time.
