Richard Cundiff has extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy and investment sectors. At XALT Energy, Richard served as Vice Chairman, President, and CEO until retirement on December 31, 2018. Prior to this, Richard held significant positions at Townsend Capital, LLC since August 2004, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Managing Director of Investment Banking. Earlier in Richard's career, experience included serving as Managing Director at McDonald Investments from 1982 to July 2004. Richard Cundiff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Toledo, completing the program in 1982.
