Saranrat Chaovanapanich is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently at Nordson Xaloy since May 2015, Saranrat manages and coordinates various HR functions, including safety, training, recruitment, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Saranrat served as Human Resources Manager at Transitions Optical Thailand, where strategies and policies were implemented to align with business goals. Saranrat's earlier experience includes HR Business Partner at Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited and Human Resources Manager at Powerwave Technologies (Thailand) Ltd., where significant contributions were made to establish HR systems and facilitate workforce planning. Saranrat holds a B.A. in Business English from Rajabhat Pranakornsri-Ayutthaya University and has a solid foundational education in English and French from Ayutthaya Wittayalai.
