Nina Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nina is currently working at Xait as a Customer Success Manager since November 2020. Prior to that, they held a role as Programkomiteen at Girl Geek Dinners from February 2013 to February 2023, where they aimed to inspire and support women in the technology industry. From February 2010 to December 2022, Nina worked as the Nestleder DND Vest at Den Norske Dataforening, Norway's largest IT professional association. Nina also served as a Senior Project Manager at AVEVA from June 2018 to June 2020, where they managed projects for AkerBP and other clients. Additionally, Nina worked as a Project Manager at Dovre Group, EVRY ASA, Frontica Business Solutions, and ConocoPhillips, handling IT-related projects for various clients. Nina also gained leadership and managerial experience as a Leader at Adecco IT and as an Account Manager at Adecco Information Technology, Norway.
