Swapnil Sonawane is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Xactly Corp since September 2014, where Swapnil designed and developed a robust e-document routing service utilizing MapR Streams. Prior to this role, Swapnil contributed to the redesign and re-architecture of Java-based legacy systems as a Senior Software Engineer. Swapnil co-founded TalentEye, a start-up aimed at enhancing candidate technical screening processes for employers, and served as a Senior Software Engineer at Redbus, focusing on the back end of the SeatSeller platform. Earlier experience includes roles at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer II and I, where Swapnil played a key role in the management of the complete life cycle of multi-billion dollar payments to vendors worldwide. Swapnil holds a B. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and completed HSC in Science at the University of Mumbai.
