Michael Swan has extensive experience in operations and sales management within the telecommunications industry. Since August 2010, Michael has served as Director of Operations at Xaccel Networks LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for a full-service Telephone, Internet, and IP company, managing services for over 1,000 end users, and negotiating pricing and contracts with major telecom carriers. Prior to this role, Michael worked as the National Accounts Sales Manager at International Telephone Solutions from October 2000 to August 2010, managing 2,500 interconnects and end-user accounts in North America and leading a sales team that significantly increased revenue from $1.5 million to $6 million in two years. Michael is an alumnus of Essex County College.
