Thomas Park is an experienced leader and strategist with extensive expertise in venture capital, social impact investing, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Xaba Inc. and a Member of the Investment Committee at Boann Social Impact, Thomas emphasizes equity and sustainability in the social finance sector. With a long tenure at BDC, Thomas has driven strategy and operational excellence for Canada's largest VC investor, overseeing a $5 billion portfolio. Additional roles include Co-Chair of the Global Defence Council and the Global Hypergrowth Project Selection Committee, as well as a stint as a lecturer at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Past experiences encompass leadership positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and McKinsey & Company, where Thomas managed global health initiatives and operational transformations for major corporations.
