Papa Birame Sene has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Papa Birame worked at Délégation Générale à l'Entreprenariat Rapide des Femmes et des Jeunes - DER/FJ as the CTO and Director of Organization and Information System. Papa Birame also served as the Deputy CTO at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as the CTO at Logidoo, Xaalys, and FIREFLY Media Senegal. Papa Birame held the position of CEO at Team-X Group and served as the Executive Managing Director at Payall. Papa Birame Sene also worked at NETICOA Sénégal as the Managing Director and Director of Operations, and at Logica as a Responsible for Maintenance and Production Monitoring and an IT Analyst. Papa Birame began their career at Bouygues Telecom as an intern.

Papa Birame SENE has a diverse education history. Papa Birame started their educational journey at Cours Sainte Marie de Hann, where they obtained their Baccalauréat S1 degree in Mathematics and Physics, completing it from 1992 to 2004. Papa Birame then pursued a DUT in Networks and Telecommunications at IUT de Poitiers - Chatellerault, completing it from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they attended lSIMA Clermont-Ferrand, where they obtained an Ingénieur Informatique degree in Technology Informatics/Computer Systems, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
