In 2008, they moved to X1 Technologies, where they were a Customer Care Technical Support Representative. In 2014, they joined Metrolink as a Fare and Collection Services Project Analyst. Since 2017, they have been a Senior Software Support Representative at X1, providing general customer service and technical support for clients and managing CRM records, producing bug reports, and assisting with sales lead generation and close of smaller deals.
