Joseph Dale has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Joseph is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at X, the moonshot factory since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from March 2018 to April 2022. Before joining X, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Google from February 2017 to March 2018.

Joseph also has experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Joseph served as the Director of Product Engineering at DNAnexus from January 2014 to October 2016, where they led product definition and software development processes.
