Rafael's career began with a foundation in freelancing and roles at Avenue Code and dti digital, showcasing skills in software development and team collaboration. Additionally, Rafael's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by founding Doei!, a startup focused on social and tech interventions, and experience as a teaching assistant at PUC Minas, supporting students in algorithms and data structures. Rafael holds a Computer Science degree from PUC Minas and has pursued further education in development and technology.
