Bill Neary has worked in the Quality Engineering field since 1986. Bill began their career at Siemens as a Quality Engineer, where they set up a quality lab to test field failures of telecommunications assemblies to determine root cause in order to initiate corrective action. From 1998 to 2007, they worked at DaimlerChrysler, where they held multiple roles, including Contact (Manufacturing Quality) Engineer, Assembly Area Manager/ Production Supervisor (As Needed), and Quality Engineer. In 2007, they joined Boeing as a Quality Engineer and was responsible for compiling, measuring and analyzing daily, weekly production quality and customer audit data to identify quality trends and recommend action plans to prevent reoccurrence. In 2016, they moved to X-Nav Technologies, LLC, where they developed and established Quality procedures, inspection plans, and performance trends, assessed supplier quality performance trends, and managed Supplier Quality issues using trending, pareto and statistical data analysis.
Bill Neary received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University. Bill also earned an Electrical Design Engineering Technology degree from Pennsylvania State University- Middletown Campus.
