Dr. Stephan Gerschewski serves as the Global Programme Director of MSc Business Strategy, Leadership and Change at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, while also holding positions as an Associate Professor in Strategy & Enterprise and a Board Member of X-Culture. Dr. Gerschewski has been active in academia as a Visiting Professor at multiple institutions, including the University of Göttingen and the University of Tübingen, and contributes to the academic community as a Co-Editor of the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development and an Associate Editor for the European Management Journal. Entrepreneurially, Dr. Gerschewski co-founded and serves as CEO of Candle Joy London. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MA in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington, along with a BA in International Business from Hochschule Furtwangen.
