Joseph Tromba has extensive experience in the telecommunications and construction industry. joseph currently holds the role of Vice President OSP Construction at Wyyerd Fiber, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they were the Owner of PEAC Construction Services LLC since 2019.

From 2011 to 2019, Joseph worked as the Director at Verra Mobility, where they were responsible for engineering and construction nationally. joseph collaborated with governmental agencies and worked closely with IBEW Local 3 in NYC and NYC DOT.

Before that, Joseph served as the Director of Field Engineering and Construction at Redflex Traffic Systems from 2003 to 2010. joseph oversaw field engineering and construction in 20 states and worked with government agencies on design, permitting, construction, and installation.

From 1999 to 2001, Joseph worked as a Director at Cox Communications, and from 1988 to 1999, they served as the Planning Manager at Verizon. During their time at Verizon, they led a team of 15 planners and was responsible for long-range planning on Long Island, including designing feeder networks, distribution relief, and high-capacity services.

Joseph Tromba earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BSEE) degree from the New York Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Following this, they pursued further education at Dowling College, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance in the years 1990 to 1994.
