Bill Mullen currently serves as the Director of Market Development and Planning at Wyyerd Fiber since March 2023. Prior to this role, Bill held various positions at Lumen Technologies from June 2008 to March 2023, culminating as Senior Account Director. Bill also worked at Level 3 Communications from November 1997 to May 2008, where roles included Senior Director of Network Development (Wireless), Account Director for Tier 1 Wireless, and Director of Network Development. Bill is an alumnus of Western Illinois University.
