Jonathan Prokup serves as General Counsel and Secretary at Wysh, overseeing the legal function for a tech-centric life and health insurance company focused on inclusive product development and corporate governance. Prior to this, Jonathan held various legal leadership positions at Cigna, including Associate Chief Counsel for Evernorth and International Markets, where responsibilities included supporting data analytics, behavioral health initiatives, and advising senior leadership on legal and regulatory issues across multiple business segments. Jonathan's experience also encompasses serving as Managing Counsel for U.S. Government Segments and Group Insurance, and as a Shareholder at Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry, representing multinational companies in Federal courts. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College.
