Tomas E. Perdomo is currently a Photogrammetrist at the Wyoming Department of Transportation and has previous experience as a Project Manager/Business Development in GEOPUNTO and SAIb USA LLC. Prior to that, Tomas E. was a Photogrammetry Manager at AEROQUEST Optimal Geomatics. Tomas E. obtained a degree in Photogrammetrist and Cartography from the Defense Mapping Agency's Cartographic School in 1981.
