Rossana Melendez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in eCommerce product strategy and project management. Currently serving as the eCommerce Products Lead at Daifuku Intralogistics America since February 2015, Rossana focuses on enhancing user experience and maximizing revenue through the development of digital platforms. Previously, as Content Manager and Product Specialist at the same company, Rossana played a pivotal role in crafting content strategies, leading teams, and coordinating online spare parts information. Prior to Daifuku, Rossana worked as a Project Manager at LS ENERGIA INC, where project execution and cross-functional team leadership were key responsibilities. Rossana holds a Master’s degree in Design and Project Management from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Yacambú.
