Gonzalo Rocha is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since November 2018, Gonzalo has held several progressive HR positions including Sr. Director and Director within the same organization. Prior to Wyndham, Gonzalo worked at ESPN from September 2012 to October 2018 in roles such as Sr. Manager of HR Total Rewards and Manager of Compensation & PA for the LATAM region. Additional experience includes significant tenure at Accenture and academic involvement as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Gonzalo holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional de La Plata and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the same institution.
