Eric Mushrush has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Executive Chef at 1852 Corporation. In 2015, they became the General Manager at THE JUICE DOCTOR LIMITED, where they excelled in directing operations, managing inventory, and building a strong team. In 2016, Eric joined FOX HOLLOW FLORA LLC as the Director of Compliance/Operations Manager, where they led all facets of operations and ensured strict regulatory compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Director of New Market Operations at Wyld starting from 2021.
Eric Mushrush attended the University of Delaware from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Eric also obtained additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Lean Six Sigma Institute and a ServSafe Food Handler certification from SAFE-SERV INC.
