Roger Sands started their work experience in 2000 as the GM of Business Access Solutions at US Robotics/3Com. In 2001, they moved to Accton Technology as the General Manager of Northeast Operations. From 2004 to 2008, Sands worked at Colubris Networks in various roles, including Co-President, VP of Engineering, and SVP of Technical Operations. In 2008, they joined Hewlett-Packard as the Mobility Business Line Manager, where they worked until 2016. Finally, Sands became the CEO of Wyebot in 2016.

Roger Sands has a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University. Roger also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
