Lee Harkavy is a seasoned corporate transactions lawyer with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments, currently serving as a Partner at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs since April 2007. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of Senior Vice President for Acquisitions and Joint Venture Relations at Extra Space Storage from July 2005 to July 2006, where oversight of the acquisitions department and institutional joint venture relationships was a primary responsibility. Lee also served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Storage USA, a division of GE, from May 2002 to July 2005, focusing on acquisition and external growth initiatives. Educational qualifications include an LLM from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Michigan. High school education was completed at Memphis University School.
