Kustas Koiv has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. In 2010, they were a Mechatronic Engineer at ELI Military Simulations. In 2011, they founded MMAWear, an online store that imported high-end MMA brands gear and clothing to Estonia. The store was acquired in 2014. In 2012, they became a Member of the Board at Bikeep, a smart commercial bike rack that combines industrial grade steel with smart technology. In 2015, they co-founded Snabb, a platform that enables services such as parking, washing, charging, and fuelling from one user-friendly and convenient interface. In 2016, they became the CEO of Wwwash, a platform that enables CRM tools and innovative marketing solutions.

Kustas Koiv obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology between 2007 and 2011.
