Sarah Lohman is a multifaceted culinary historian and author, currently serving as a book author at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., since November 2018, while also maintaining a self-employed role as a culinary historian and blogger at FourPoundsFlour.com. Lohman has authored the book "Eight Flavors: The Untold History of American Cuisine," published by Simon & Schuster in December 2016. Previous experience includes curating food programming at The Lower East Side Tenement Museum, producing videos for The New York Public Library and Saatchi & Saatchi, and launching original video content for New York Magazine. Lohman holds dual Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Technology and Integrated Media Environment and Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
