Caroline Shea is an accomplished literary professional with a diverse background in editorial roles, teaching, and tutoring. Currently serving as a Subsidiary Rights Assistant and Contracts Assistant at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since May 2022, Caroline previously held positions as an Administrative Assistant at the Anne Edelstein Literary Agency and a Tutor at StepsTutoring. Caroline has teaching experience as a Graduate Instructor for an Intro to Creative Writing course at New York University. Additionally, Caroline contributed as an Assistant Poetry Editor for the Washington Square Review and as a Poetry Editor at Green Writers Press, overseeing editorial processes and working directly with authors. A graduate of New York University with an MFA in Creative Writing, Caroline also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, where involvement in peer tutoring and editorial leadership in literary publications was evident.
