Sheren Shrestha is a seasoned professional in wildlife conservation and communications, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer for the Wildlife Program at WWF Nepal since August 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a Communications Specialist at the Wildlife Conservation Society from October 2014 to December 2015, and as Head of Communications at the Wildlife Trust of India from October 2007 to October 2014, focusing on media outreach and wildlife awareness campaigns. Sheren began a career in conservation as a Research Intern at WWF, where monitoring of tiger populations took place from January 2006 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include two Master's degrees in Environmental Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, both earned between 2003 and 2005.
