Jono Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and fundraising. Currently serving as Supporter Relations Manager at WWF-Australia since February 2022, Jono also holds the position of Director Of Fundraising and Managing Director at Reflex Social Services, which focuses on community support and assistance. Prior experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank as a Customer Care Specialist, Defence Force Recruiting as a Case Manager, and Workers Compensation Independent Review Office as a Dispute Resolution Officer. Additionally, Jono was instrumental in establishing a new Customer Experience Team at Kookaburra Educational Resources and has held various customer-focused positions at nib Options, moshtix/Foxtix, and Civic Theatre Newcastle.
