Heather Johnson, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Partner Channel Support at WWEX Group since September 2024. Previously, Heather held several leadership roles at Unishippers from April 2021 to October 2024, including Vice President of Franchise Support, Director of Franchise Support, and Senior Manager of Operations. From September 2013 to April 2021, Heather was Chief People Consultant and CFO at Right Growth Management, where the company provided outsourced business services to small and mid-sized businesses and experienced significant growth leading to its acquisition. Earlier in their career, Heather worked as Human Resource Manager at H.I.S. Painting, Inc. from December 2004 to September 2013, and served as Chaplain Assistant in the United States Army Reserve from November 2002 to November 2010, focusing on soldier wellness programs. Heather completed education at Barry University between 2018 and 2020.
