Victor Bunch is an experienced intelligence and security professional currently serving as an ISR Requirements Officer at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Battlespace Awareness Portfolio Analyst at WWC Federal from November 2022 to June 2024 and Intelligence Subject Matter Expert at ManTech from September 2021 to November 2022. Notably, Victor Bunch was the Deputy Director of the Missions Directorate at the DoD Joint Artificial Intelligence Center from August 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing AI project portfolios valued over $100 million. Additionally, Victor has held various leadership positions within the United States Marine Corps, including Director of the Intelligence Integration Division and commanding officer of the First Intelligence Battalion during a significant deployment to Afghanistan. Victor Bunch holds a Bachelor's degree in Soviet and East European Studies with a minor in Russian Language from The University of Texas at Austin, supplemented by advanced education from Marine Corps University.
