Kirsten Ball is the Chief Financial Officer of WWC Global, a Pequot Company, a tribally owned management consulting firm. The Company has a diverse portfolio of clients including the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Agency for International Development, and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The Company was founded in 2004 by Donna Huneycutt and Lauren Weiner. It grew from two to over 350 employees and approximately $100 million in revenue. It was acquired by Command Holdings, a company owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, in 2022.
Kirsten joined the Company as part of the acquisition team and brings with her more than 20 years of experience in entity owned federal contracting groups.
Prior to WWC Global, Kirsten was the CFO of several Alaska Native Corporations specializing in government contracting. Prior to her industry career, Kirsten spent many years as an Audit and Assurance Manager specializing in with Deloitte and Touche and KPMG and has owned an operated her own management consulting business for several years. She and her partner also own and operate a specialty construction company based in Anchorage, Alaska.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska-Anchorage and earned her CPA license in 1997.
Kirsten and a handful of executives in Alaska successfully developed specialty tax law code changes that were passed as a part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and help the US Treasury integrate these changes into the IRC Tax Code.
Kirsten was formerly the Treasurer and Audit/Finance Committee Chair for the YWCA in Anchorage Alaska and supports many different not-for-profits both locally and nationally.
