Heath Howell is a Senior Strategic Analyst at WWC Global, focused on training and exercises for the US Special Operations Command since June 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing contractor personnel, project tasks, and providing executive-level research and analysis on training-related topics. Previously served as the Deliberate Plans Branch Chief at USSOCOM and Commander in the US Navy. Additional roles include serving as a Command and Control Analyst/Trainer, Assistant Professor at the Joint Forces Staff College, and Commanding Officer of a helicopter squadron. Heath Howell holds a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Materials Engineering from the University of Florida, alongside advanced military education from NATO Defense College and National Defense University. Additionally, involvement with Project Transition USA aims to assist transitioning military personnel in their transition to civilian employment.
