Doug is a Business Development Director at WWC Global, and he focuses on capturing management and technical services through their OASIS and HCaTS contract vehicles. Doug has over 20 years of experience in DoD and Civilian agency consulting with demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business capture, client development, project management, financial and process analysis, workforce modeling, business transformation, operations research, and human capital analysis.

Prior to WWC, Doug was responsible for capturing and executing prime federal and DoD contracts for large and small government consulting firms. He has lead functional domains for infrastructure and engineering services, captured and executed over $20m in contracts and managed teams of over 80 staff to perform the work.

Doug has lead strategic accounts, including GSA, DOE, USACE, NGB, and Army. He has captured and executed large complex projects that transformed a DoD component CIO’s organization to respond to a nation-wide consolidation of IT operations. The resulting enterprise organization supported more than 30,000 employees across CONUS and had over $200M in annual expenses.

Doug has a BS in Mechanical engineering, an MSE in Industrial engineering, and an MBA. He has several certifications, including the Certified Costing Professional and a Certified Systems Engineering Professional certifications.
