Christina Westbrooks Al-Haddad is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Senior Director, People Partner for N. America & Corporate Functions at WW / WeightWatchers since February 2020, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leaders to develop and implement a human capital strategy. Previous roles at WW encompassed advising on global talent strategy and managing HR processes for Global Finance. Prior to WW, Christina held significant positions at Xandr, including Senior Manager overseeing M&A integration and international organizational development. Earlier career experiences include management roles at American Express in HR Global Rotation and Global Talent Acquisition, as well as work with the United Nations in donor relations and various development agencies in the Middle East. Christina holds an MBA from IE Business School and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
