From teamwork in High School football, through U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Jason has learned the importance of leadership, organization, and integrity. These elements are central to how he leads the team at W&W – and how he delivers for customers.

For Jason, integrity means maintaining a moral and ethical conviction to ‘do the right thing’, both for customers and employees, regardless of business cycles.

During the recent downtown and challenges of lockdown, Jason has maintained this focus, reaching out to employees to support them and foster an environment where others do the same. As Jason says, “Throughout life, you go through many difficult things and you should remain yourself”. This is also true of the values that are central to W&W’s service delivery.
