Bill Muhly is an experienced Senior Application Developer currently with the West Virginia University Foundation, Inc., since August 2007. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Report Developer - Consultant for II-VI Incorporated from 2005 to 2007 and also served as a Consultant at Scott Consulting Resources during the same timeframe. Bill's earlier experience includes working as an Application Analyst at The Homer Laughlin China Company from 2003 to 2005. Bill holds educational credentials from Jefferson Morgan and West Virginia University.
