Patti Leftwich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patti began their career as a Customer Service Trainer at Tennessee Business Communication Services in 1997. After that, they worked as a PBX Programmer/Trainer at Black Box Network Services from 2000 to 2008, where they primarily served government healthcare facilities and private practice offices. During this time, Patti collaborated with customers to design call flow and station programming for telephone systems and provided end user and advanced management training.

From 2008 to 2012, Patti served as a Team Lead/Technical Instructor at Avaya Government Solutions, where they participated in the creation of enterprise solutions for a large number of sites across the United States. Patti led site survey activities, facilitated discovery sessions, and secured stakeholder buy-in.

Patti then worked as a Team Lead/Business Analyst at TEKsystems from 2012 to 2013, where they played a key role in creating an enterprise VoIP solution. Patti led the Discovery Team, educated customers on software abilities and limitations, and reviewed call flow design.

As a Consultant for IDR and TEKsystems from 2014 to 2015, Patti managed multiple ongoing projects and served as a project lead/trainer on system installations. Patti also developed processes, instructions, and training materials for end user and management level training sessions.

From 2015 to 2019, Patti worked as a Project Delivery Manager (IT) at International Paper, leading the implementation of projects including a VoIP solution rollout. Patti contributed to estimate, startup, execution, and closeout activities, managed multiple projects, and collaborated with teams to ensure infrastructure support.

In 2015, Patti briefly served as a Unified Communications Trainer at B-Lynk, LLC before joining 3-D Technology as a Consultant - PMO. At 3-D Technology, they coordinated infrastructure migration efforts and organized project status meetings. Patti also tracked issues, assigned tasks, and ensured adherence to predefined expectations.

Patti's most recent experience includes working as a Cloud Project Manager at Altus from 2020 to 2021, where they managed cloud projects and assisted with schedule and timeline management. Currently, they are working as an Implementation Project Manager at Momentum Telecom.
