Jennifer Jacobs, the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at Momentum Telecom since January 2002, has a background in various key operational areas such as Implementation/Service Delivery, Project Management, Customer Communications, Customer Support, Account Management, M&A Operational Integration, Migrations, and Salesforce Administration. Prior to that, Jennifer was involved as a Volunteer/Counselor at Project American Life in the period from May 2001 to May 2002. In addition, Jennifer also had an internship as the General Motors Marketing Internship Chairman during their time at the University of Alabama where Jennifer obtained a BS in Consumer/Industrial Marketing from 1997 to 2001.
