Joshua Dalton is a Human Resource Generalist at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources. Joshua has previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager at Joe Holland Chevrolet and Imports, a Sales and Service Specialist at Bridgestone Americas, an Assistant Manager at Moses Nissan, and an Assistant Service Manager at Ball Toyota of Charleston. Before that, Joshua worked as a Store Manager at PORTRAIT INNOVATIONS INC. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston and an Associate of Science in Photography from The Art Institutes.
