Xu Lan

Scientist Ii, Viral Vector Process Development at WuXi Advanced Therapies

Xu Lan has work experience as a Scientist in Viral Vector Process Development at WuXi Advanced Therapies since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University from August 2013 to August 2020. Xu also served as a Committee Chair for Expanding Your Horizons at Cornell from August 2015 to July 2016. They started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Purdue University from August 2010 to May 2013 and also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Camp Calcium in May 2010.

Xu Lan pursued their education in the field of Nutrition Sciences, with a focus on Molecular Nutrition. Xu completed their Bachelor's degree at Purdue University from 2009 to 2013, with minors in Biology. Following this, they went on to attend Cornell University from 2013 to 2020, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nutrition Sciences, specializing in Molecular Nutrition. Their minors during this time were in Genomics and Molecular Biology.
