Lei Yu has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lei is currently working as an Associate Principal Scientist at WuXi Advanced Therapies, where they lead the Flow team in Analytical Development. Their responsibilities include providing panel design, troubleshooting, and training for complicated flow testing, as well as delivering GMP quality data on time to clients.

Lei's earlier experience includes a managerial role at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where they worked from December 2006 to March 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Pediatric Surgeon at Nanjing Children's Hospital from July 1993 to July 2001.
Lei Yu has an extensive education history in the field of medicine and business. They began their education at Nanjing Medical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine degree in Clinical Medicine from 1988 to 1993. They then pursued further education at Nanjing Medical University and earned a Master of Medicine degree in Clinical Medicine from 1999 to 2001.
