Bindiya Patel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bindiya currently works as a Supervisor of Molecular Biology at WuXi Advanced Therapies starting from August 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Research Scientist focusing on Bioanalytics at Syneos Health from March 2021 to July 2021. From June 2011 to February 2021, Bindiya worked at Merck/Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals as a Staff Scientist and also held the role of Biochemist I/Scientist from March 2008 to June 2011.

Earlier in their career, Bindiya gained valuable experience at Thomas Jefferson University as a Rotation/Research Intern, where they conducted research on the induction of Xylulose Transferase from HTB94 cell line. Bindiya also worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Pukharaj Hospital, where they performed a variety of tests and managed paperwork in different areas of laboratory testing. Additionally, Bindiya served as a Microbiologist at Pious Mineral Water Plant.

Bindiya Patel has a diverse education history. In 2016-2017, they attended Prancing Peacock - Yoga Studio and obtained a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200Hr degree in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy. Prior to that, from 2006-2007, Bindiya studied at Jefferson Health and earned a M.S degree in Bioscience Technology/Molecular Biology. From 2003-2005, they attended Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, where they completed a M.Sc degree in Microbiology. In 2002-2003, they studied at K.M. School of Post Graduate Medical and Research (V.S. Hospital) as a Medical laboratory Technician. Finally, from 1999-2002, they received a B.Sc degree in Microbiology from Gujarat University. In addition to their formal education, Bindiya obtained a certification in Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners from LinkedIn in March 2023.
