Andrea Janiszewski has extensive experience working in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Andrea started their career at Yellowbook USA in 2005 as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Independent Recruiting/HR Consultant. In 2009, they joined Krapf Inc. as a Corporate Recruiting Manager. Andrea then transitioned into contract roles, working as a Recruiting & Staffing Consultant at Merck from 2012 to 2013, and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at CTDI from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they held short-term contract roles at both Southco, Inc. and DuPont as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant, respectively. In 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Merck. In 2016, they joined GSK as a Talent Acquisition Lead-Research & Development on a contract basis. Andrea currently works at WuXi Advanced Therapies as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, a position they have held since 2017.

Andrea Janiszewski attended University of Lynchburg from 1989 to 1990, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time. Andrea then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994.
