Joe Burgess is an experienced project manager currently with Wurster Construction Company, Inc., where employment began in September 2010. Prior to this role, Joe served as a project engineer at the same company from December 2008 to July 2010 and worked as an engineer at Turner Construction Company from May 2004 to October 2008. In addition to project management responsibilities, Joe has been a member of the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors since January 2019. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate of Science in Architectural and Construction Technology, both earned from Indiana State University between 2000 and 2004.
