Annil Chandel has extensive work experience in the IT sector, having held various roles in multiple companies since 1999. In 2009, they became the Country Director of SThree India Private Limited (Huxley Associates), where they were responsible for sourcing highly-skilled professionals in the banking and finance, IT, and mobile telecom sectors. In 2011, they took on the role of Consultant and Partner & Director at K2 Partnering Solutions, and also became a Board of Directors member for Childreach International India. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder of KnownFour Ltd, a recruitment business specializing in regulatory, digital, information security, SaaS, and data protection. During this time, they also served as an Advisor for Belong.co. In 2018, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Wurkr\u00ae - Your Hybrid Workplace! and in 2022, they took on Board Advisor roles for Janikin Energy and Longlist.io.

Annil Chandel attended the University of Westminster from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science.
