Michael Norman has extensive work experience in engineering and operations management. Michael started their career as a Project Engineer at Kimberly-Clark in 1987 and worked there until 1997. In 1997, they joined Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. where they held various roles, including Operations Manager from 1997 to 2012, during which they managed multiple business units and supported the President. In 2013, they were promoted to Vice President Operations and continues in this role presently.
Michael Norman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 1983 to 1987. Michael then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at the University of Colorado Denver, graduating between 2000 and 2002. Later, from 2002 to 2003, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Operations Management from the University of Colorado Denver as well.
