Lauren is a seasoned customer success leader with over a decade of experience in SaaS and public relations. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Wunderkind, Lauren has a proven track record in managing high-growth enterprise clients and optimizing client health strategies. She has also held various roles within the company, including Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Wunderkind, Lauren worked at Crowdtap and iMiller Public Relations, where she managed key client portfolios and developed impactful marketing strategies. Lauren holds a BA in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego.
